No U.S. bases in Colombia: Organizational sign-on letter

Below you will find a message from the Mingas network inviting signatures to their letter to President Obama opposing US access to seven military bases in Colombia.

We at Across the Americas are fully supporting this letter and invite you to sign. Only organizational signatures are being accepted at this point. Individuals will be able to sign later, so stay tuned.
